We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix® experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of receipt.
Pack Your Device
Securely pack your Thermomix® and all included accessories in the original double-walled shipping box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
